What we hold
Your circle's names and contacts, password hashes, and what your family records about your parents: profiles, medicines, readings, notes, photos, documents, expenses. You typed it; it stays yours.
Who sees what
Only your circle, by role. Helpers see tasks, never documents or money. Doctors see a consented, read-only summary. Every professional view is logged where the owner can read it. We never sell, rent, or advertise with your data. Ever.
When anything leaves
Only with your consent, only to do the job: coach messages go to our AI provider when you switch the coach on (withdraw any time and it switches off); a letter or label photo goes to the AI reader at the moment you snap it; emails go through our email provider. No analytics trackers hold your details.
What we never do
No medical, financial or legal advice. No diagnosis. No dark patterns, no guilt, no fake urgency. Vitals are recorded and charted, never interpreted; a clinician-set alert says only the fact and points you to your care team.
Your rights
Ask and we export everything or delete everything, within 72 hours, no questions: chinhock@holdinghands.sg. When a caregiving season ends, we pause with dignity, never bill through grief.
