What this is
A family care coordination tool. It records, reminds, organises and shares what your family chooses to record. It is not a medical device, not an emergency service, and never a substitute for professional care. For emergencies call 995.
The deal
S$29 a month per family circle, rate locked for your first 12 months, 30-day full trial, no card to start. Cancel anytime; no lock-in. Everything exports; deletion is deletion.
Your part
Record truthfully, invite only people your family trusts, keep join links private, and confirm every medicine change with a pharmacist or doctor. The caregiver attestation you sign at setup is the basis on which your parents' information is held.
Our part
Keep the service honest, keep your data yours, log every professional view where you can see it, and say plainly when something is a sample, a draft, or not yet live.
Liability, plainly
We work hard to be reliable, and reminders can fail (phones off, networks down). Medical decisions belong to you and your clinicians, never to this software. To the extent Singapore law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
