How do I get my family in?
Open Care Together, tap Invite, and send the link by WhatsApp. Choose the role first: a helper sees the day's medicines and duties and nothing else, a viewer only reads the daily brief, and a doctor sees a read-only summary you have consented to.
I want my data, or I want it gone
Both are inside the app. Tap Your data at the bottom of any screen to download the whole family record or delete it. Details are on the deletion page. If you cannot get in, write to us and we do it within 72 hours.
Does HoldingHands give medical advice?
No, and it is not built to. It records and it reminds. Your doctor and your pharmacist advise. The app prints them a clean medicine list so the visit starts with the full picture. In an emergency call 995.
